Orders are shipped via DTDC Courier. If you prefer India Post, please mention it along with your address or inform us within 1 day of placing your order.

Replacement Policy

We provide replacements for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

• Report the issue: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Proof Required: A full, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any damage.
• Assessment: Our team will review your report and the provided evidence to assess the damage.
• Replacement Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.
